to approve the consent calendar as submitted.

Commissioners asked questions about installation of benches, use of recycled  
materials, and foot traffic near art piece.  
Vice Chair Filley moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded the motion to  
approve Alternative 1:Recommend approval of the artwork as it is proposed.
