George Schroeder, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Proposed Project:
Related applications on a 1.1-acre lot
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one lot into five condominium
lots and one common lot, and
USE PERMIT to allow office condominiums.

Environmental Review: A Class 1 Categorical Exemption relieves
this project from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
provisions.
Project Planner: Cindy Hom, 408-730-7411,
Mr. Schroeder inquired with Cindy Hom, Project Planner, if there were any
additions to the staff report.
Ms. Hom had no additions to the staff report and requested a continuance for this
item to a date certain of December 11, 2024. She stated staff needed additional
time to draft the conditions of approval.
Mr. Schroeder noted the applicant was not present.
Mr. Schroeder opened the hearing to public comments.
