Michelle King, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m  
Proposed Project:  
SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT: Convert an existing interior  
space - tall ceiling above dining room - to a 136-square foot second floor  
bedroom, resulting in a 1,771-square foot single-family home  
(1,350-square foot house and 421-square foot garage) and 56% floor  
area ratio (FAR).

Environmental Review: Class 1 Categorical Exemption relieves this  
project from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provisions.

Ms. King inquired with Robby Miller, Project Planner, if there were any additions to  
the staff report.  
Mr. Miller had no updates to the staff report.  
Ms. King inquired with Alexander Moore, Applicant, if he had any additions or  
Mr. Moore had no additional comments.  
Ms. King opened the hearing to public comments.  
There were no members of the public present.  
Ms. King closed the public comments.  
ACTION: Approve the Special Development Permit with recommended Conditions in  
Attachment 4.  
Ms. King adjourned the hearing at 3:04 p.m.
