PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal includes the rezoning of a six-parcel 8.3 acre site from M-S (Industrial and Service) to M-S-100% (Industrial and Service 100%FAR) to allow construction of a second office/R&D building which will be serviced by a new five level parking structure.
